19th Century Brass and Parquetry Occasional Table

A 19th-century brass telescope stand, probably French, now with an associated octagonal walnut top of the period. The top is finely worked with geometric parquetry in contrasting veneers, with a raised moulded edge, and swivels on the brass pedestal.
